"Pretty Easy to Use"
The site was easy enough to navigate, and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed. Overall, it worked well for me and I’d use it again.

"Good price and easy booking"
I checked a few ferry sites before booking, and Direct Ferries was cheaper for the exact same route and times. The booking process was straightforward too. I’m happy with the price and I’d definitely use them again.

"Got My Refund, But It Was a Hassle"
I did end up getting my refund, so that’s good, but it took way longer than I expected. I had to follow up a few times before anything really happened. It wasn’t the worst experience, but the whole refund process feels a bit hit or miss

"I’ve had to deal with slow replies…"
I’ve had to deal with slow replies again, and it’s frustrating. For me, it gives the impression that customer support isn’t really a priority, even if that may not be the case. I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but repeated delays make the whole experience feel a bit disappointing

Booked via Direct Ferries and the schedule was mostly right, but one crossing had the departure time slightly off. Nothing major, just worth checking with the ferry company too.

I ordered this weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting with no real update. The tracking info don’t make much sense, and customer service was not much help either. At this point, I’m frustrated.

So... I was just trying to book a simple ferry trip, but the site kept jumping between pages and throwing errors. It took way longer than it should have and wasn’t easy to use at all. I ended up giving up annoyed

"Easy booking, but refund timing could be clearer"
I booked a ferry and made sure to check the cancellation rules before paying. Compared to some other travel sites where that info feels buried, this was easy to find and understand. Overall it was a smooth experience, but I’d give it 5 stars if they explained more clearly how long refunds take.

"Booking worked, but payment hiccup was stressful"
The booking went through fine in the end, but the payment page froze the first time and I had to try again. To be fair, I was only charged once, which is what you’d expect, but it still made me a little nervous for a minute. A smoother payment step would make the whole process feel more reliable...

"Annoyingly, it worked well"
I booked my ferry through Direct Ferries and, to be fair, everything came through correctly on the ticket. The names, dates of birth, and vehicle details were all exactly how I entered them, so check-in was easy enough and I didn’t have any issues there. I’m giving 4 stars because the layout felt a bit busy and I found myself double-checking things more than I wanted to. But accuracy-wise, it was all fine and everything matched.

"Quick and easy ferry booking"
Booked my ferry and the confirmation email came through quickly. Everything looked right too, the times, route, passengers, car details... so that was a relief. I always get a bit nervous with online bookings, like something’s going to be missing or wrong, but this was all spot on. Took it with me to the port and had no problems at all.

"Found Out About the Schedule Change Too Late"
The schedule changed, but I didn’t find out until way too late, which was really frustrating. Even a quick heads-up earlier in the day would’ve helped a lot. I had already planned around the original time, so that little detail ended up throwing everything off.

I used the ferry recently and the departure times had changed, which threw me off a bit. When I reached out to support, they seemed a little unsure too, so it took longer than expected to get a clear answer. Maybe it was just a one-off, but since it happened on my latest trip, it definitely left a bit of a frustrating impression.

"Wrong van size booked"
I booked a van expecting it to be the right size for my stuff, but the one they arranged were too small. It made the whole move more stressful than it needed to be, and we had to figure things out last minute. The staff was okay, but the booking details wasn’t right

"No stress at check-in"
I booked our ferry through Direct Ferries the check-in info was really clear. It told us when to arrive and exactly what documents to bring, so there was no frantic last-minute panic. I was kind of expecting something to go wrong at the port, because, you know, travel stuff usually finds a way to be annoying... but nope, everything matched perfectly. Simple, smooth, and it worked fine for us...

I booked a ferry through directferries.com on my phone and it was mostly fine. The payment pages were a bit slow to load, which had me waiting for a sec, but the tickets came through quick after that. Overall it was simple to use and did the job, no real hassel...

"Easy Booking, But the Fee Still Stings"
Booking was easy, and to be fair, they did show all the fees before I paid, so it’s not like anything was hidden. I just still think the service charge could be lower, and I don’t feel like that’s an unreasonable thing to say.

I was trying to figure out which ferry route to take for my trip, and Direct Ferries had way more options than I expected lol. It was really easy to compare crossings and times without having to open a bunch of different ferry company websites. A few routes popped up that I didn’t even know existed tbh. I ended up booking the one that worked best for me and everything went smoothly. Def a handy site if you’re not 100% sure which ferry route to go with.

"Fare comparison was, like, okay"
It was easy to compare prices, but, um, a few of the fares changed once I clicked through. It was still useful overall, just not quite as clear as I was hoping.
